Evo Morales has served his nation of Bolivia as President since 2006. A referendum was held in which President Morales was defeated. For the last 10 years, Morales has ruled the country, but now he has been rejected for the presidential seat.

Morales’ opposition was very strong in the eastern cities and the people gathered there to celebrate his defeat and opponent’s victory. Not only did Morales lose his position, but the vice president of the country also lost.

According to Morales, he is ready to accept his defeat and now he will focus on supporting and working for the people in the rural areas. He said that he is disappointed by the people’s attitude after his successful Presidency. Although the reason behind his loss has not been highlighted, most of the people claim that this loss is due to the corruption of the current government. The constitution of Bolivia has now been changed now and accordingly, Evo Morales will be able to run again in the 2019 referendum in the hopes that he will win and be President until 2025.

Again, it all depends on the desires and the actions of general public. In addition to this, Morales has to work hard and support the rural places to fortify his position in the hearts of the general public. Without all these efforts, it is very doubtful that he would win in another referendum to rule over Bolivia again.
